Small Grant Request Application

All organizations, even if previously funded, need to answer the following questions. 

Applicants may be requested to provide additional materials if needed.

First Time Applicant?
Have you been in contact with a BPCF member?
Which concentration area does the Grant Request most closely follow of the five areas of enrichment in the community of Bethel Park (check at least one)

Is this project to be located in Bethel Park?

Funding Request

The limit for a small grant request is $500. If your request is greater than $500 you must submit a regular grant application.

Has the organization raised or allocated any money toward this project or have/will be recipient of funding from other sources.

Projected Timeline of the Grant Request

Grant requests cannot involve self-dealing within either party.

The program/project must be completed within six months of the Grant Request approval date.  BPCF, at the discretion of the BPCF Executive Board, reserves the right to have the funds returned if the project exceeds six months.  

Turnaround time for Small Grant Requests may take up to two months.  BPCF Executive Board will not review an incomplete Small Grant Request.
