Here are some preliminary guidelines for artists wishing to participate in A Celebration of the Arts. For more information please contact us:

Set Up: Saturday, September 13, 2008 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Original Works Only

Fine Art Only - sorry no crafts

10' x 10' space for individuals

10' x 20' space for leagues

Bring your own displays

An 8' rectangular table will be provided upon request on a first come - first serve basis

Electricity will be available upon request.

No entry fee for artists

A 20% Commission will be added to the cost of the items going to the BPCF

Mastercard and Visa will be accepted.
